He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2012), a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2014), and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2017), with a doctoral internship abroad (UPV – Valencia) and post-doctorate degrees from the Université de Lorraine (2018) and the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2020). He is currently an adjunct professor at the School of Engineering of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in the Department of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources (EHR – UFMG). He is also a member of the FluIng Research group at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He has experience in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Water Resources and Water Supply, working mainly on the following topics: supply networks, energy efficiency in water supply, and optimized control of supply systems. The researcher has also worked at the interface with Data Science, applying machine learning algorithms to the design, management, and operation of water supply systems, analysis of water resource systems, and related areas.
