He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (2006), a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Sanitation) from the Federal University of Ceará (2009) and a PhD in Civil Engineering (Environmental Sanitation) from the Federal University of Ceará (2013). He is currently Adjunct Professor of the Department of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering of the Federal University of Ceará. He has experience in the area of Sanitary Engineering, with emphasis on Biological Treatment of Wastewater.
