She holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with a Concentration in Water Resources from the Federal University of Ceará – UFC. He is currently (i) professor at the Department of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at the UFC Technology Center (2018-current), (ii) coordinator of projects financed by CNPq and FUNCAp, (iii) member of the Collegiate of the Civil Engineering Course-CT /UFC, (iii) full member of the Metropolitan Hydrographic Basins Committee, (iv) alternate member of the State Council for Water Resources, (v) researcher of the Climate Risk and Water Sustainability Management Group and, (vi) reviewer of scientific journal. She works in the area of Water Resources with an emphasis on Planning and Management of Water Resources, Decision Making in Water Resources and Hydrology. She participated in research projects financed by CNPq, CAPES, FINEP, World Bank, Cogerh (CE) as well as cooperation projects with the National Water Agency and the Center for Management and Strategic Studies of the Presidency of the Republic.
